Shell has a background in musical theatre and dance.She has competed in dance competitions from the age of 5. At school she studied musical theatre and went on to both perform and teach over the years. She started pole dancing 6 years ago and it has given her so much confidence. Teaching felt like a natural progression for Shell as due to health issues, performing took a back seat and her new love of directing and choreographing came to light.
