Courtney loves moving into her senses, feeling the calm wash over her body and mind. When she was younger all she knew was her mind but when she found yoga in 2016, it taught her to feel, to be, to create her own calm, and she's so grateful for this reminder as it has changed her life through always being able to self soothe through life’s ups and downs. It’s made her know she can rely on herself and she feels we all deserve to know that.
